Ref Cake: Graham Mango Float

Eto, eto ang totoong sweet! But not too sweet. Magugustuhan nyo - mango float!
Medyo "maamos" sya no? Haha!
Kulit lang ng mangga, magkaiba kulay.
Pansin ko lang, ganito lagi anggulo ng mga shots ko. Aral din dapat ng photography 'pag may time. LOL
Ang dami ko naman sinasabi.
INGREDIENTS:
1 200g pack graham crackers
3 tbsps of crushed graham (optional)
1 1/2 cup (1 1/2 250 ml brick) all purpose cream
3 tbsps of crushed graham (optional)
1 1/2 cup (1 1/2 250 ml brick) all purpose cream
3/4 cup condensed milk
2 cups (or 2 pieces) of mangoes (thinly sliced)
1. In a bowl, combine the all purpose cream whip and condensed milk. Set aside.
2. In a rectangular dish, layer the graham crackers. The number of pieces depend on your pan.
3. Pour cream on top of the layered crackers. Spread evenly.
4. Top with mango slices.
5. Repeat step 2 to 4. You will make 2 to 3 layers.
7. End the top layer with mango. Sprinkle with crushed graham if you want.
8. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving. I prefer overnight.
Ang dali lang no? Pang Grade 1.
