If you are always looking for "easy recipes" or "quick meals", then you have come to the right place. Because really - who does have a lot of time nowadays? And when we say easy, it doesn't mean that the food should be dull or plain or lacking in taste or texture. You can still prepare yummy foods given a little time or opt for an Italian gourmet, my dear!

So without further ado, let me share with you this easy tomato basil tuna pasta topped with toasted garlic and feta cheese.

EASY TOMATO-BASIL TUNA PASTA

Ingredients:

1 tbsp olive oil (or vegetable oil or palm oil... whatever is available in your kitchen!)
1 small onion, minced
6 cloves of garlic, minced
1 pack of Del Monte Tomato and Cheese Sauce
1 big can of tuna flakes in vegetable oil
basil leaves
toasted garlic
cheese (your preference - parmesan, cheddar cheese... I used feta cheese)
pasta (angel hair / fettucine / linguine... anything you prefer! I used Spinach Fettuccine here), cooked according to package instructions

Cooking Procedure:

1. In a pan, saute the onion and garlic in oil until the garlic is fragrant.
2. Add the tomato and cheese sauce. Boil for 5 minutes.
3. Remove from the pan. Get some pasta and pour some sauce over it.
4. Top with toasted garlic, feta cheese and chopped basil leaves.

Easy-peasy! Delizioso!!!

The sauce makes 4 to 5 servings.
